I've been ordering wraps from Onestringer for a few years now, and I'm admittedly picky about arrow building. The quality of these wraps have been consistent since day one, and have yet to let me down. Recently I ordered the Flo Green wraps hoping they would be nice and bright, to stick out amongst the overwhelming greenery on the Oregon Coast. When the wraps arrived, they were darker than I had hoped, so I gave the customer service team a call. I spoke with Mindy?? who pointed me towards a brighter option, and proceeded to send out the color I was truly after before I could offer to pay. I had a new confirmation email by the time I got off the phone, and have a new set on the way. A1 product, A1 customer service. I was already trending towards a lifetime customer, but this experience has convinced me.
